How tweedlr works

tweedlr is really not that hard to understand. If you like Bob Dylan's songs and want to contribute to this site then you will very quickly find out how to become a tweedlr. Anyway here's a little how-to for the current version.

On tweedlr you can read about what others have to say about your favorite Bob Dylan tune, you can post your own comments, rate any song from the complete album catalog of officially released recordings, and watch music videos or listen to songs on iTunes (selected songs only).

The tweedlr rating system
The central element of tweedlr is the Top 100 list, consisting of 10 pages with 10 songs on each page. You can directly rate each track without having to register or login at all.
Stars to be rated You've not rated yet, average rating displayed
Stars while rating You're rating now, move mouse over to select
Stars rating saved You've rated, your rating displayed
Just move your mouse over the little star icons and click on the rating you would like to save, but remember that you can only rate each song once. tweedlr will save your ratings and you'll see all the ratings you've made so far even if you return to the site at another time. So in you own interest, you should rather think twice about the ratings you're making. And don't worry of you think twice, it's alright!

The Little White Wonders
One of the first and best known vinyl bootleg recordings of Rock history was called the "Little White Wonder", named after its white album sleeve. tweedlr's Little White Wonders are an additional automated rating index, calculated with a secret algorithm based on the amount and quality of ratings of each song. This value is always relative to all other ratings, which means that it changes every time a new rating is placed.
Little White Wonders There are full, half and empty LWWs
If you can't really figure out what that means, think of it this way: The more good ratings a song gets the better. The more bad ratings the worse. Low ratings decrease the value of the higher ones, high ratings improve the value of the lower ones. The value of each song is measured in comparison to all the others.

Albums and songs
You can click song titles to view the song details page, or click the album title to get a full list of all tracks on that album. This way you can easily rate your favorite album track by track.
